Mass Effect fans have yet another wildly detailed collectible figure to pine over with Gaming Heads’ all new Mordin statue set for release next year.
On the heels of the Tali, Liara, and Garrus figures, Gaming Heads’ upcoming quarter scale Mordin stands a towering 20.5 inches tall. The piece boasts a detailed sculpt and finish that faithfully portray the Salarian scientist and special operative, Mordin Solus, in a characteristically contemplative pose as he appeared most recently in Mass Effect 3. While the form of the all-new statue isn’t final, it’s clear that Gaming Heads has gone to great lengths to capture Mordin’s alien visage with striking fidelity.
As they’ve done with many of their high-profile releases, Gaming Heads is offering both regular and exclusive editions of the Mordin Statue. Adding to the features of the regular version, the exclusive variant comes with a computer console and an additional set of interchangeable arms that allow collectors to depict the shrewd warrior geneticist typing on his terminal. The regular edition of the Mordin statue is limited to a production run of 1000 pieces while the exclusive variant is capped at only 500 pieces worldwide.
Although Gaming Heads’ Mordin statue isn’t expected to ship until the second quarter of 2016, collectors can pre-order the regular or exclusive version now for $339.99 USD or $359.99 USD, respectively.
