Adding to the ever-expanding list of collectibles releasing in 2016 that draw inspiration from blockbuster video game franchises is the Kotobukiya Mass Effect Tali’Zorah Bishoujo Statue.
Sporting another masterful design by legendary artist, Shunya Yamashita, Kotobukiya’s seventh scale rendering of Tali rises to height of just over 9 inches above its display base as it depicts the brilliant and intrepid Quarian Machinist in mid-stride with her Reeger Carbine at the ready. As with Kotobukiya’s other stylized Mass Effect Bishoujo figures (including the previously released Commander Shepard), Tali’s distinctive look has been thoroughly and authentically replicated with a vast degree of detail evident in the sculpted contours, textures, and painted finish of her armor, hooded outfit, faintly translucent mask, and sculpted accouterments.
The Kotobukiya Mass Effect Tali’Zorah Bishoujo Statue is estimated to ship in February 2016 but it’s currently available for eager collectors to pre-order at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $79.99 USD.
