The much-anticipated Marvel Collector Corps Spider-Man box has been webbing its way into the hands of subscribers as of the end of August, and its apt to leave the Wall-Crawler’s legion of fans with their superhero sensibilities tingling.
Upon popping the lid of the carton, subscribers will find a stash of wearable and displayable goodies inspired by Marvel’s iconic web-slinger. There are standard inclusions like the pin and patch, but instead of the t-shirt typically found in each bi-monthly box, fans get the second offering in Funko’s Marvel Collector Corps-exclusive line of Pop! Tops hats (the first debuted in the Year One Super Box which released back in July). Other exclusive collectible items include a recently released Spidey comic book with an alternate cover (“The Amazing Spider-Man #16”) which hit store shelves back on August 8th; a seven-inch tall Funko Fabrikations plush figure; and a dynamically posed Spider-Man Pop! bobble-head (which matches the cover of the comic book). Rounding out the list is a colorful card that describes the design and development of the items that ultimately made it into the box.
